Buying from us…

Our prices are all quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) and exclude delivery costs. We currently ship our products to UK addresses only. Our delivery costs are based on the weight of the products being shipped. Our products are all shipped using via Royal Mail. Once payment has cleared we aim to ship our items with 2 working days where possible (unless stated in the item description). We will contact you via email if your delivery will take longer.

Payments for online transactions are taken using the secure website PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to buy from us as PayPal supports all major credit and debit cards without the use of a PayPal account.

As complying with ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2005′, customers have the right to cancel their order and return goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund providing that the products are sealed and returned in good condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.

Nothing in the above affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws currently applicable in the United Kingdom.

In order to process orders, we must collect information such as your name and contact details, these are used only for the purpose of which they were collected and are not passed onto any third parties.

Our handmade soaps…

Our handmade soaps are manufactured by The Thistle Soap Company and have been certified in accordance with the Cosmetics Safety Regulations 2004 Compliance.

None of our soaps have been tested on animals or contain animal fats. They are all suitable for vegetarians. We will provide a full list of ingredients used in our soaps upon request.
