We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from us. If you make a purchase from Altered Chic you have 14 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
The following items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable:
• personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold.
• gift vouchers
Only personalised items which have been produced not to the customer’s order will be exchanged or refunded. Please check spelling of messages carefully before placing your order.
Please double check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
How to return or exchange a product
You must notify us in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, and we encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so.
Items must be returned in appropriate packaging, and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
We will process a refund of your order within 14 days of return of the goods, subject to compliance with the returns policy and Terms and Conditions.
The return postage will be entirely at your cost, unless the product is deemed faulty.
